What is a credit?+
One credit is MVR 1 of generation. Each model shows its cost on the Generate button before you start, so there are no surprises.
Are there free credits?+
Yes, for 3D. You get 10 free credits every day you visit, stacking up to 50, for 3D models and marketplace downloads. AI images, videos and voice-overs use paid credits.
What if a generation fails?+
You get your credits back automatically, including when a model's content filter blocks a result or you cancel before it starts.
Do paid credits expire?+
No. Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them.
How do I pay?+
Securely through Bank of Maldives (BML) in MVR, with cards and BML wallets. Credits land as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Why did my balance change on the studio launch?+
We switched to a finer unit (1 credit = MVR 1, it was MVR 10) so images and voice-overs can cost a few laari. Every balance was multiplied by 10, so nobody lost value.
